Work conditioning teaches functional strength, flexibility, and agility training to optimize performance at work. It’s a comprehensive and individualized program for the individuals needs. Promotes injury prevention and proper body mechanics such as proper lifting and movement patterns.
Assesses the individual’s ability to return to work following an injury. Evaluates the entire body and the individuals ability to perform work related tasks.
Assesses the individuals ability to perform the tasks of a job they have applied for. Includes strength and flexibility testing and a full musculo-skeletal evaluation. Evaluates the individual based on job- specific skills they will be required to perform.
