Kathy Heimerdinger PT, COMT
Kathy graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a masters degree in physical therapy in 2000. She has worked in outpatient orthopedics in the DFW area since graduating. Kathy is currently pursuing her doctorate of science in physical therapy through Texas Tech University and is working toward certification in orthopedic manual therapy through the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine. Kathy specializes in orthopedic industrial and sports injuries and in sacroiliac joint disorders. She completed completed her COMT certification of the extremities in 2010. Kathy is also a member of the Double Oak Volunteer Fire Department.
Stephen Fort, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, OCS, FAAOMPT
Dr. Stephen Fort grew up in Zimbabwe, Africa. He grew up as an avid sportsman playing rugby, tennis, soccer, cricket, swimming, track and field, cross country, gymnastics, and basketball. He came to the USA in 2004 to attend university. Dr. Fort earned his Bachelors in Health from Texas A&M in 2010 and went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2013. Since graduating, Dr. Fort has also became a certified Orthopedic Specialist (2016) and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy (2018). He is also certified in Dry Needling.
Dr. Fort currently lives in Denton with his wife, Sushila, and 4 kids; Joshua, Layla, Ethan, and Madelyn. He is passionate about providing the highest level of evidence-based and individualized care to his patients.
Jonathan Marshall, PT, DPT
Jonathan graduated from Texas A&M Commerce with a Bachelors in Human Performance. He later attended Texas Woman's University for his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Jonathan is a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association Sports Section, His clinical interests include rehabilitation for dance-related injuries, concussion management, and helping all ages maximize function to reach their goals. His professional aspirations include furthering Dance Medicine through clinical research and becoming a Sports Certified Specialist. When not at work, Jonathan enjoys hiking and dark sky camping, delving into a good book, and trying to find the perfect cup of coffee.
Rebecca Bentz, PT, DPT
Rebecca attended Texas Woman's University and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology in 2017. She subsequently attended Texas Woman's University Dallas campus and graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. Rebecca enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities and helping them reach their goals to get back to their lives. She plans on earning her orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) certification. When she's not in the clinic, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and exploring DFW with her friends.
