Q: Do you take my insurance?
A: We are in network with a number of insurance plans, including Medicare, Blue Cross, United Health Care, and more. For your specific plans, call our office.
Q: Will I have to pay? How much?
A: This depends on your insurance plan. We will happily verify your insurance prior to starting therapy and give you this information.
Q: How long are my appointments?
A: A typical appointment lasts about an hour.
Q: Why are my charges different every visit?
A: Outpatient therapy is a fee-for-service model. Charges are based on what the therapist does with you that day, so if your services change from one day to another, your charges will also change.
Q: Can I be seen in different clinics on different days?
A: Unfortunately, no. Once you start at one location, you should stay there. If circumstances arise, we can change to another clinic once, but a new evaluation will have to be completed.
Q: Do you have physicians who can do sports physicals?
A: We are an outpatient rehabilitation facility. We have physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and fitness specialists. We do not have physicians, and do not do sports physicals.
Q: Will you come to my house?
A: No. We are an outpatient company. You must come to the clinic.
Q: Do you treat children?
A: Yes, typically, but it is diagnosis dependent.
