D&D offers fitness options for every level of fitness. From Fitness classes to individualized training, our fitness specialists will assess your status and discuss your goals to develop a program just for you. Call the Denton facility for more information.
Senior Fitness Classes
Designed for the group and modified for the individual, senior fitness classes provide a fun setting in a group environment! Participation in these classes will improve your quality of life by increasing strength, flexibility, and balance. Each participant must provide a release to participate from their physician, and will undergo a fitness/wellness assessment prior to initiating the program.
Our classes are MWF at 8am and 10am.

Sports Performance Training
Our individualized strength and conditioning programs will develop muscular strength, endurance, power, speed, and agility. These programs are designed to improve imbalances or weaknesses, as well as increasing overall function and performance enhancement in your activity of choice. All programs are individually designed to address your sport-specific needs.

Private Fitness Training
Our private fitness training sessions are also individualized strength and conditioning programs. Designed to improve overall health and fitness, these programs are tailor-made to each individual based on a fitness assessment, and patient goals. These programs will be designed based on all levels of fitness, strength, and function.
