Kathy I. Dieringer EdD, LAT, ATC
Kathy is a licensed and certified athletic trainer, who has been in the profession for over thirty five years, and is the original owner/founder of D&D Sports Med. She has extensive experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Kathy is active in her profession, serving in various leadership positions and earning multiple awards throughout her career.

Chase graduated from The University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2016. He then attended UT Southwestern for his Doctorate of Physical Therapy, graduating in 2018. He is currently working towards becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as earning his IAOM-US dry needling certification. Rachel attended Centenary College of Louisiana, where she played volleyball and earned her bachelor's degree with a double major in Biology and Psychology in 2016. She then attended UT Southwestern School of Health Professions, where she graduated with her doctorate of physical therapy in 2018. Rachel is certified in Dry Needling, is currently working towards her strength and conditioning certification (CSCS), and hopes to eventually achieve board certification through the APTA as an orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS). Rachel is passionate about working with athletes and facilitating return to sport, as well as using exercise to help people of all ages return to their hobbies, and prior level of function. Outside of the clinic she enjoys running with her dog Jaxson, playing volleyball, and trying new restaurants with her friends.

Lesley graduated from Texas Tech University Health Science Center with a BSOT in 1999. She has experience working in Acute Care, Inpatient & Outpatient Rehab, with 10+ years working with Hand and Upper Extremity patients. She has completed a Hand and UE Fellowship thru St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA and is certified in Ergonomic Assessment (CEAS I).

Kaitlyn attended the University of Evansville in southern Indiana and graduated with her Bachelors in Athletic Training in 2017. She subsequently earned her doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. Kaitlyn utilizes movement screens such as the SFMA, Y-balance, and FMS to treat many of her patients and enjoys returning athletes of all ages back to sport. When not in the clinic, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog, going camping and spending time outdoors.
Rebecca attended Texas Woman's University in Denton, TX and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2017. Rebecca enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities and helping them reach their goals to get back to their lives. She plans on earning her orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) certification. When she's not in the clinic, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and exploring DFW with her friends.
